A cute little Dragonfly dropped by our pond today. They’re probably my favourite insect. Really cool. :)
It wouldn’t let me get close so I used my telephoto lens. It is a Cardinal Meadowhawk (Sympetrum illotum).

Itsy bitsy spider…
Came down the daisy petal?
Just for size comparison the spider is less than the width of a push pin. I love this macro lens. I’d have gotten a better focus if I had a tripod set up.
